Business Development Executive

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and contract renewals
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their security needs and provide customized recommendations.
  • Address client inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance service quality and customer experience.
  • Prepare business proposals, tender documents, and contract agreements to meet client requirements and company policies.
  • Assist in negotiations to ensure successful contract signing and execution.
  • Monitor contract progress, ensure timely service delivery, and coordinate internal resources for smooth operations.
  • Conduct market analysis to track competitor activities and develop competitive strategies.
  • Assist in marketing initiatives such as social media promotions, corporate branding, and business collaborations
  • Work closely with internal departments to align business development efforts with operational capabilities.
  • Provide regular sales and market analysis reports to management.
  • Continuously seek improvements and innovative approaches to business expansion.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the security industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
