Business Development Executive
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Develop and execute business development plans to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and contract renewals
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their security needs and provide customized recommendations.
- Address client inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance service quality and customer experience.
- Prepare business proposals, tender documents, and contract agreements to meet client requirements and company policies.
- Assist in negotiations to ensure successful contract signing and execution.
- Monitor contract progress, ensure timely service delivery, and coordinate internal resources for smooth operations.
- Conduct market analysis to track competitor activities and develop competitive strategies.
- Assist in marketing initiatives such as social media promotions, corporate branding, and business collaborations
- Work closely with internal departments to align business development efforts with operational capabilities.
- Provide regular sales and market analysis reports to management.
- Continuously seek improvements and innovative approaches to business expansion.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the security industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
